Overview

The Assistive Technology Connect Virtual Seminar is an afternoon of learning sessions presented by Tools for Life, Georgia’s Assistive Technology (AT) Act Program. This year’s content will present various perspectives of AT and transitions across the lifespan. Topics will highlight transition considerations and AT for students with disabilities in the K-12 setting, for individuals with significant disabilities into community and workplace settings, and how adapted recreation activities can support youth, older adults, and veterans to engage and reconnect with the community. Hosted by the TFL team, the Assistive Technology Connect event is offered as a group of three separate yet related webinars at no cost, as part of the AT educational programming for the state of Georgia, its residents, and beyond!
