Overview
An interactive, small-group workshop proven to improve your balance and reduce your risk
of falling. This workshop is led by a trained and certified Instructor (from the Tai Chi for Health Institute).
Participants may participate seated or standing. Learn what will surely become a life-long practice to empower YOU to Age Well and remain falls free!
Over the sixteen sessions, registered participants will learn to:
• View falls and fear of falling as controllable
• 1-2 movements per lesson, progressively leading to
completing 6 basic core movements & 6 advanced
extension movements
• Breathing techniques that connect your mind & body
• Tai Chi principles including those relating to improving
physical & mental balance
