Overview
Pursuant to federal regulations issued in 2024, the Georgia Department of Human Services’ Division of Aging Services (DAS) must submit an amendment to the 2024-2027 Georgia State Plan on Aging. A draft of the amendment to the Georgia State Plan is being published for public comment and input. This draft amendment will be available on the DHS website during the month of March with instructions for public commentary.
