Overview
This interactive, high-energy, small-group workshopis proven to reduce the risk and
instances of falling. “Bingocizers” will practice graded exercises twice a week that will increase in
duration and intensity over the 10-weeks, answer trivia questions, enjoy music, and play Bingo! The
workshop is led by trained and certified facilitators. This program mixes health education, exercise, and Bingo to help manage health concerns, develop healthy exercise habits, and have fun!
Over the 20 sessions, registered participants will:
• Practice a variety of exercises
• Improve self-confidence
• Learn and use health information focused on Falls
Reduction
• Improve nutrition choices and self-care
• Play Bingo and win special prize
